CIRCUMSTANCES

Jean Myra’s body was found near grain elevators south of South Bland St. in Halifax on April 5, 1990. Someone found her body underneath a set of stairs before 11 a.m.

Myra was homeless and had been living at the YMCA when she was murdered. She was seen last leaving a bar on Barrington St. around midnight on April 4, 1990. Police believe there are people who have information on this case.
